Protect My Ministry is a great website that allows churches to do the due diligence of protecting our kids but yet not in a way that drains our budgets. For a one time membership fee of $39 to enroll in their standard program and $10 per screening, this has been a no-brainer. (Prices vary per state to a max of $19.95)

MissionaryHealth.net provides a great rate and coverage for Short Term Mission Trip insurance. Teams of 15 can be covered for under $100 but yet get quality coverage at the same time. Don't leave on one of your trips without it!
